OrganisationNationale Nederlanden has been in operation for more than 150 years, supplying products such as insurance, pensions and mortgages. As part of ING, NN is one of the largest players in the Dutch market.
Challenge
NN needs to provide four online and offline channels for insurance quotes and applications in a uniform manner. To this end, it is important that consistency exists between the four different channels, but also the opportunity to differentiate. This concerns more than 45 applications whereby multiple products are united. Aquima is the ideal tool for this type of multi-channel and multi-label solution in complex situations.
Realised system
A front office system in which processes such as insurance and mortgage advice, quotations and conclusions are automated. Employers, employees and around 5,000 insurance advisors are connected to the portal 'Mijn.NN.nl'. The portal is used for product advice, applications, calculations, quotations and insurance sales.
Results achieved
- The way in which the portal was set up has led to a lower total cost of ownership.
- The time to market for new products has been reduced enormously.
- There is an increased degree of STP.
- Customer satisfaction has increased noticeably.
